What We Do

We build algorithms that turn the manual search for software developers, engineers, and key specialists into an automated workflow with predictable results. Instead of skimming hundreds of irrelevant resumes, our platform scans open developer ecosystems: GitHub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, Discord, developer communities, and LinkedIn.

The algorithm reads your role requirements, benchmarks candidate skills against actual code commits and discussions, and produces a scored shortlist with transparent reasoning, highlighted red flags, and interview questions tailored for each candidate.

Our Mission

To cut the hiring cycle from weeks down to hours while eliminating the human bias of surface-level resume screening. We believe developers should be judged by actual code and impact, not self-promotion.

Founder & Team

Leadl.recruit was founded by Artem Rodionov (author profile, LinkedIn) — a software entrepreneur building B2B SaaS solutions in lead generation and data analytics.

The product grew out of a direct need for engineering teams to source top developers fast, without third-party recruitment agency overhead.
