Consent A — Marketing communications
By ticking the relevant box, I consent to AI LEADPLATFORM, S.L. (CIF B75627067, Calle Consell de Cent, 38, 08014 Barcelona, Spain) sending me marketing and product communications about Leadl.recruit by email .
- Data used: name, contact details, communication preferences and engagement metrics.
- Withdrawal: I can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing hay@leadl.ai. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Withdrawing this consent does not affect my ability to use the Platform.
Consent B — Non-essential cookies and similar technologies
I consent to the use of functional, analytics and marketing cookies as described in the Cookie Policy. I can accept all, reject non-essential, or configure categories via the consent banner, and change my choice at any time in cookie settings. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.
Consent C — Candidate consent to continued processing (talent pool)
I, the data subject, consent to AI LEADPLATFORM, S.L. retaining and processing my professional data (name; role, skills, experience, education; links to professional profiles and work outputs; city/region; professional contact details) for the purpose of matching me with relevant job opportunities and contacting me about them.
- Recipients: Leadl’s business customers (recruiters/employers) and Leadl’s service providers.
- Retention: until I withdraw consent or ask for erasure.
- My rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. I can withdraw consent or remove myself at any time at hay@leadl.ai (no account needed) or via hay@leadl.ai, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es) or my local supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.
Record of consent
For accountability (Art. 7(1) GDPR) we record, for each consent: the identity of the person, the time and method, the version of the notice shown, and the specific purpose consented to.
