What is a run?
This is the only unit you need to understand, so we will be precise about it.
One run is one search for one role, including up to ten deep candidate dossiers.
A run starts when you launch a search. Finding candidates, browsing the results and seeing a light fit score costs nothing extra — that part is not metered at all. What is metered is the deep work: for up to ten candidates of your choosing, the system pulls their traces from every source it can reach, assembles one profile, and produces a written verdict — what matches the role, what does not, the risks it found, and the questions to ask at interview.
If you want dossiers on more than ten candidates in one search, every further ten counts as another run.
Why we meter it this way, honestly. Search itself is cheap for us. Building a dossier is not — it is the expensive operation, and without a ceiling its cost varies wildly between one recruiter and another. Capping it at ten per run fixes what a run costs us, which is what lets us publish a flat price instead of quoting you.
What this means for you in practice. Fifty runs on the Solo plan is fifty roles a month, or fewer roles searched several times as the brief changes. For most solo recruiters that is more than a month's work. If you are unsure, the free plan gives you five runs to find out.
If you need more
| Pack | Runs | Price | Per run |
|---|---|---|---|
| S | 25 | €29 | €1.16 |
| M | 100 | €109 | €1.09 |
| L | 250 | €259 | €1.04 |
Packs add to whatever is left on your plan. Your plan's runs are used first, then your packs. A pack is valid for the billing cycle you buy it in — it is a top-up for a month that runs hot, not a way to bank runs for later. If every month runs hot, the next plan up is cheaper per run than stacking packs, and we would rather you knew that.
There is also a pay-as-you-go rate of €1.50 per run, switched off by default. It is deliberately more expensive than any pack, because a pack is almost always the better deal and we would rather say so than quietly bill you at the worse rate.
When you run out, nothing breaks silently. You are told, and offered a pack or the per-run rate. Work does not stop without you knowing, and money is not spent without you agreeing.
What is not on this page, because it does not exist
Every line here is a thing competitors in this category commonly charge for. We list them so you can check the list against your current invoice.
No charge per contact found. Finding an email or a phone number does not draw down a separate balance. Compare that with credit-metered tools: Loxo counts agent work — contact lookups included — against a monthly credit pool that, in its own words, “refreshes at the start of every monthly cycle.”
No annual contract. Loxo's published plans are billed annually. Fetcher's month-to-month plans cost about 30% more than its annual commitment. Ours is monthly at one price, and you can stop at the end of any month.
No pricing based on your company's headcount. Gem prices its in-house plans on your total FTE count, so a small recruiting team inside a large company pays for the large company. We charge for what your recruiters actually run.
No paying for candidates you did not ask for. Fetcher's help centre states that any lead sent proactively “will count towards your total amount” — whether it fits the role or not. We meter searches you start, not profiles sent to you.
No separate charge for the AI. Gem's pricing page unlocks AI capabilities with a separate “AI-Powered seat” on top of a Standard one. The verdict, the red flags and the interview questions are the product here, not an upgrade.
How this compares: recruiting software pricing side by side

| Tool | Published price | What it meters |
|---|---|---|
| Leadl.recruit | €49 / €149 / €399 per month | Runs — 50 / 100 / 300, each with up to 10 dossiers |
| Gem | Staffing plans $99–$149 / user / mo; in-house custom by headcount, startups from $130 / mo | Company headcount, or per-user with email-finding credits |
| Loxo | from $149–$199 / user / mo, annual | 2,500 credits per Professional seat per month, no rollover |
| Fetcher | $115 / $379 / $649 per month | Annual caps on leads delivered |
| hireEZ | from $494 / mo (solo) | Enterprise pricing configured per stack, not published |
| Juicebox | $99–$179 per seat / month; Business custom, annual only | ATS and CRM integration only on the custom tier |
| SeekOut | $149 per seat / month, paid annually ($1,788 / yr) | Larger tiers custom, billed annually |
One thing you should know before comparing any of these, including us. Published prices and signed contracts diverge sharply in this market. Vendr's data puts the median Gem contract at $25,700 a year against $130 a month on Gem's own startup programme, and median small-team SeekOut purchases at $15,000–$35,000 against $1,788 per listed seat.
Our prices are what you pay. There is no sales call in which they change.
FAQ
How much does Leadl.recruit cost?
€49 a month for Solo, €149 for Team, €399 for Business, billed monthly in euros. There is a free plan with five runs a month.
What exactly is a run?
One search for one role, including up to ten deep candidate dossiers. Searching and browsing results is not metered. Every further ten dossiers within the same search counts as another run.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Five runs a month, one seat, no card required.
What happens when I run out of runs?
You are notified and offered a pack or the per-run rate of €1.50. Nothing is charged automatically unless you turn that on, and nothing stops without telling you.
Do run packs expire?
A pack is valid for the billing cycle you buy it in. Your plan's runs are used first, then the pack — so buy one when a month runs hot, rather than in advance. If every month runs hot, the next plan up is cheaper per run.
Is there an annual discount?
Not currently. Billing is monthly, and you can cancel at the end of any month.
Do you charge extra for finding contact details?
No. Contact discovery is part of a dossier, not a separate balance.
Can I export candidates to my ATS?
Yes, on Team and Business.
Who is this priced for?
Solo suits an independent recruiter or a one-person desk. Team suits a boutique agency of two to ten people. Business adds SSO and hiring-manager access for larger teams and in-house functions.
