SeekOut pricing: plans, real cost and what teams actually pay

What the price does not show
The listed price and the signed contract are different numbers here. Vendr's procurement data puts median small-team SeekOut purchases at $15,000–$35,000 a year against $1,788 per listed seat. The gap comes from seat counts, added modules and multi-year terms — so budget from your quote, not from the pricing page.
SeekOut and leadl.ai on cost

| Entry price | $149 / seat / month (annual) | From €49 / month |

leadl.ai is priced differently: from €49 a month, billed per search run: 50 / 100 / 300 runs for €49 / €149 / €399, up to 10 dossiers each. The bill follows the number of vacancies you work, not the number of people holding a licence.
Is SeekOut worth it?
SeekOut is worth its price when you need depth on hard-to-find profiles — security-cleared, patent-holding, published researchers — and you have enough open roles to keep several seats busy every month. If seats sit idle between vacancies, you are paying for licences rather than for hiring.
Frequently asked questions about SeekOut pricing
How much does SeekOut cost?
SeekOut Recruit Core is $149 per seat per month when paid annually up front, which is $1,788 a year, or $179 per seat billed monthly. Annual billing saves $360 a year per seat. The Sourcing and Sourcing + Integration tiers are quoted per team and billed annually.
Does SeekOut have a free trial?
Yes — 14 days of full access to Recruit Core with no credit card and no contract commitment.
Is SeekOut billed monthly or annually?
Both. Monthly is $179 per seat; the $149 rate requires paying for the year up front. Tiers above Core are annual only.
What do teams actually pay for SeekOut?
Usually more than list. Vendr's data puts median small-team purchases at $15,000–$35,000 a year against $1,788 per listed seat, because contracts add seats, modules and multi-year terms.
What is a cheaper alternative to SeekOut?
leadl.ai starts at €49 a month and charges per search run rather than per recruiter seat, so the bill follows the number of vacancies you work, not the number of licences you hold.
