Compare Recruiting Software
Every vendor on this page publishes a different price for a different unit — per seat, per credit, per lead, per company headcount, per search. This hub puts them side by side, then links to a full breakdown of each tool: what it charges, what its reviewers say, and who should stay on it. We build one of the tools; it sits in the table with the others.
Pricing and metering side by side
List prices from each vendor's own pricing page, accessed 31 August – 1 September 2026. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the cell says so rather than guessing.
| Tool | Published list price | What it meters | Closest fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Loxo | from $149–$199 / user / mo, annual | 2,500 credits per Professional seat per month, no rollover | Agencies wanting ATS + CRM + sourcing in one |
| Fetcher.ai | $115 / $379 / $649 per month | Annual caps on leads delivered; human-sourced candidates counted separately | In-house teams who want sourcing done for them by people |
| Gem | Staffing plans $99–$149 / user / mo; in-house custom by headcount, startups from $130 / mo | Company headcount, or per-user with email-finding credits; AI unlocks with a separate seat class | In-house teams on Greenhouse, Lever or Workday doing heavy outbound |
| hireEZ | from $494 / mo (solo) | Enterprise pricing configured per stack, not published | In-house sourcing at scale |
| Juicebox | $99–$179 per seat / month; Business tier custom, annual only | ATS and CRM integration only on the Business tier | Sourcing-first teams |
| SeekOut | $149 per seat / month, paid annually ($1,788 / yr) | Larger tiers custom, billed annually | Larger in-house teams; technical and diversity search |
| Leadl.recruit | €49 / €149 / €399 per month | Runs, not credits or leads: 50 / 100 / 300 per month, each including up to 10 deep candidate dossiers | Boutique agencies and solo recruiters needing coverage plus an explainable verdict |
Three things to check before trusting any row above
What gets counted, not what gets charged. Loxo meters credits consumed by agent work. Fetcher meters leads delivered — whether they fit the role or not, by its own help-centre policy. Gem meters your company's headcount on in-house plans. We meter searches you start. Take last quarter's real activity and price it under each model before comparing headline numbers.
An ATS is not a sourcing tool. Loxo bundles an ATS and CRM with sourcing attached; Gem layers onto the ATS you already have; Fetcher, hireEZ, Juicebox, SeekOut and Leadl.recruit assume your ATS lives elsewhere. If the part you dislike is the ATS, a sourcing tool will not replace it.
Published prices and signed contracts diverge. Vendr's data puts the median Gem contract at $25,700 a year against $130 a month on Gem's own startup programme, median Fetcher contracts at $11,000, and median small-team SeekOut purchases at $15,000–$35,000 against $1,788 per listed seat. Whatever you shortlist, assume the quote will not match the website — ours is the exception we can vouch for, because there is no sales call in which it changes.
