Product
This section holds two kinds of page, and it is worth knowing which you are reading. Three of them describe what Leadl.recruit actually does. The other four explain terms the market uses loosely — useful if you are deciding what to buy, not just how to use ours.
What the product does
Sourcing finds people who are not applying. Screening scores everyone it found and writes down why. Community sourcing is the part most tools skip: Discord and Reddit, where specialists argue about their work in public.
What the words mean
«Talent sourcing», «talent acquisition», «social recruiting» and «recruitment automation» get sold as one thing and are four different things. Each page says what the term covers, what it does not, and where the method stops working — including where ours does.
